Possible UAP light beam over a road at night

This short clip shows a lit road at night, filmed from a moving car. A Russian-speaking passenger reacts to what appears to be a beam of light, saying it seems to shoot toward the sky. The speaker also says that children can see it.

The clip’s title suggests a UAP is beaming light toward the ground, but the light’s source is not clearly identifiable in the footage. The video does not establish that the light is connected to an object in the sky, so a UAP explanation remains unconfirmed.
