The Light Gate #182: Rowan Bo on UFO experiences

Preston Dennett welcomes Rowan Bo, also known as UFO Girl, to episode 182 of The Light Gate. Bo recounts unusual experiences that she says began in childhood, including encounters with extraterrestrials, paranormal events and past-life memories. She also discusses her new book, “Rejoining the Circle of Light: The Experiencers Speak.”

Bo says the book draws in part on insights from a hypnotherapy session in 2026 and a telepathic connection she describes with the Grey Lady, whom she identifies as a longtime extraterrestrial contact. She believes extraterrestrials are spiritually and genetically upgrading humans so they can rejoin the “Circle of Light.” These are Bo’s personal claims and beliefs, not independently verified findings. In the conversation, she speaks as an experiencer and disclosure advocate, and presents the book as a guide for people trying to make sense of similar experiences.
