UAP drone? Aircraft appears lower than usual

The uploader says they filmed an “aircraft” that looked unusual and seemed to be flying lower than the planes they usually see. The footage does not clearly indicate a drone or anything anomalous, and the impression that the aircraft was unusually low comes from the uploader.
