An analysis of 162 UFO files released by the Pentagon. A whistleblower details what was omitted from the publication.
The video tells the story of Glenda Mayfield, described as a retired file clerk who kept a photocopied page for 47 years. The page allegedly came from a file about an October 1973 encounter at an Ohio dam, where a widow named Leavonne Hartsler supposedly met a small gray figure in a concrete gate house. After the Pentagon released 162 UFO files in May 2026, Mayfield is said to have written to the department claiming that the file she remembered was missing.
The account also describes gaps in the dam’s ledgers, a federal file marked “withdrawn” in 1979, a 1974 letter from a chemistry professor, and handwritten calendars with blank lines. The video draws comparisons with three other stories involving a fire lookout, a lock tender and a scale station attendant. These are claims and anecdotes presented by the video; it does not establish independent verification of the encounter or the records described.
