r/UAP Report from an Advisor to the Ukrainian Minister of Defense, May 2025
The video shows a blurry night frame with an indistinct shape. The poster claims the source is the Telegram channel of Serhiy Pash, an advisor to the Ukrainian Minister of Defense, and compares the appearance to DOW-UAP-PR38.
Credibility: The post attributes the video to a channel belonging to an advisor to the Ukrainian Minister of Defense, but the frame is too blurry to identify the object.
