A Black Triangle Over Bellbrook: An Unexplained Sighting

What Happened At 12:31 p.m. on May 7, 2026, a local farmer stepped out of his tractor to adjust the tire pressure and noticed something strange in the sky. Using 50x binoculars from his vehicle, he saw a perfectly triangular, completely black object that appeared to hover at about 35,000 feet (10.7 kilometers). It moved in a straight line toward the north-northwest (NNW) and held its course for three minutes. The sky was clear, with thin, high white clouds, but the object showed no reflections. It remained dark and dull. There was no engine noise, either, though aircraft and other flying vehicles typically produce it.

Context and Technical Details One person reported the sighting. He said he watched the object through high-powered binoculars, allowing him to observe it in detail from a distance. He described an equilateral triangle with no sharp edges or clusters of lights. He also said it was below the upper layer of white clouds, making it clearly visible against the white background.

Why Is the Sighting Interesting? The report is intriguing for several reasons: - Unusual shape – A perfect triangle is uncommon among ordinary aircraft, especially one that is black and does not reflect light. - No noise – Most modern aircraft produce noticeable engine noise, particularly at an altitude of 10 kilometers. - High altitude – An altitude of 35,000 feet suggests activity in the upper reaches of the atmosphere, but there were no signs of a commercial flight, such as lights. - Possible spy aircraft – The author raised the possibility that it was a secret American spy plane, but there is no supporting evidence.

Conclusion Though the report describes a compelling event, it remains an unverified sighting. No further information is available about video footage, photographs, or other witnesses. The event is open to interpretation, and readers are invited to keep an eye out for similar sightings in the area.
