Uh it's a huge quantity of uh of aerial UFO cases and and a few ocean cases, but a lot of close encounters with beings. The Lorenzens were really interested in that. And so, I think if they had not been published in the APRO bulletin, they we would have just never had them. So, it's a really invaluable source of of information there. So, I thought I thought, let's go through the reports of these encounters with beings. And uh and look look for behavior, look for typology, what do they look like, how do they behave? Those are the two main

4:05things that I wanted to examine. So, for this I worked through samples. I didn't all of the bulletins. It's an enormous amount and I didn't how long that would take. But, I did take a 12-month samples at 5-year intervals. From So, I started with the um they covered the South American wave of of beings that were seen in 1954. Just when the their bulletin was starting to be published. And then I moved to periods around 1959, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1979, and then the middle of the 1980s. So, I covered kind of like a longitudinal study there.

4:51So, uh just to let you know, all together I covered 84 issues. I basically data dived 84 issues. It's more than 700 pages of the uh So, about 1/5 of their entire collection. So, a lot. Uh think of it as a provisional experiment and and there's still a lot more that I would probably like to do with that, but uh this is not a perfect catalog of every entity report that they published. But, um I just want to see like what would happen if I looked across several decades and asked the questions, what did the beings look like and what did they do? I want to look for patterns. So, the results are I would say interesting. So, I'm going to discuss this by talking about those results, but also I want to go

5:36through some really interesting cases because you really should hear about some of them. Some of these we know about uh but some I have to say I did not know about. Um and I want to start with one. I've got some visuals from the Apro bulletin that I'm going to display here for you. And I in cases where I didn't have visuals, I actually had my AI do drawings that I thought actually worked pretty well and seemed accurate based on the description. So, I've got a variety of visuals I'm going to be showing you. So, I'm going to start with this one. This is a case I did not know about. So, this starts on the morning of August 29th, 1967. So, you have a 13-year-old boy, his name was Francois Delpuech and his 9-year-old sister was

6:22Anne-Marie. So, they're watching cattle and they're near the village known as Cusac. They're in central France. It's about 10:30 in the morning. Broad daylight. They're in this high pasture country of a region known as the Cantal region. So, their dog was near them and there were cattle that were spread kind of around them. So, this is Let me show you where they were. This is a map of the region that you can see here. So, Francois noticed about four small

7:07black figures about 40 m away. So, 40 m, I'm trying to think that's about 130 ft for those of you who aren't so inclined, if you like baseball, that is almost exactly the distance if you're a batter at home plate, that would be the distance to second base. It's across the baseball diamond. Or a throw from third base to first base, that's the distance. So, easily close enough for you to see what's going on. So, he sees four small black figures. They're next to a very brilliant spherical object. One of the figures seems to be bent over and seems to be occupied with something on the ground. Another is holding what looks like a reflective object. So,

7:53Francois, again, he's 13 years old, is thinking these might be children. He's calling out to them, "Are you coming to play with us?" So, at that point, uh everything seemed to happen pretty quickly. Here's the next slide. So, so get a look at this. So, this actually doesn't capture it exactly right, but three of the figures immediately rose into the air, and they went headfirst into the sphere from the top. So, this image is a little strange, but just look at it and you can see the basic positions of the beings on the ground just as Francois called out to them. Um and apparently two other beings immediately followed and lifted up. So, I'm going to go to the next slide here.

8:39So, this shows the patterns of what happened. So, the paths of each being. So, how they flew or floated up and then entered the be- the the craft. So, the fourth one rose and then came down again as if it had forgotten something, and it appeared to pick up an object from the ground, and then joined the um the other. So, I'm going to show you one more slide here. And um so, this one shows the how the sphere takes off in a spiraling motion. So, the the that's what kind of happened. And you can see how the being sort of as it's

9:25the sphere is lifting up, the being entered it as it was actually getting off the ground. It's like, "Wait, don't don't leave me behind." That's basically what it looks like. So, the the children then heard uh something like a hiss or rushing breeze. They They uh noticed an odor like sulfur. So, I'm going to move on to uh Valensole, France from 1965. Let me go to that next slide there. And this is another um recreated one that I did. Uh let me just describe this to you first. So, Maurice Masse was the main witness here. He was 41 years old. He was a farmer. It was July 1st, 1965. By the way, I turned 3 years old on that day. Kind of an important day in the Richard Dolan

10:10world. But, uh across the Atlantic, we got something going on in France. So, Maurice Masse, it's 5:00 in the morning. He's working in a lavender field. He's a lavender farmer. Um and he sees an object about 80 m away. Yes, the French were using meters in 1965. Like, are you kidding me? So, that's about uh 200 and 50 ft away. So, almost a full football field in length, but not quite. So, he sees it in the distance and he's initially thinking it's a landed helicopter. What's going on? So, he walks over to it. And as he approaches it, he realizes it's not a helicopter. >> >> This uh is an object about the size of a small car. It was shaped a little bit

10:56like a rugby ball, he said. And it's several extensions or supports beneath it. And beside it were two small beings and they were bent over a lavender plant. And I'm going to show you this image here. This was done with my AI. I said, "Draw something uh that's accurate." And I think that is accurate. It's kind of a neat drawing, I must say. Uh and I did this cuz the Apro bulletin did not have any illustrations that I could see in in any of their issues. So, I just wanted to have one here for you. So, anyway, so Masse moves closer and he's apparently intending to speak to them. Uh and he was about 5 or 6 m away. Maybe not quite as close as this image

11:41gives you, but whatever. Uh one of the beings points a small tube or a a a pistol-like device at him and he is completely immobilized. So, he had a very interesting description of the beings, which is very much what you're seeing here. They're about the size of 8-year-old children. They're dressed in greenish-gray coveralls. Their heads are very large, as you can see. Uh Mass said they're like three times the volume of a normal adult head. They were bald. Their skin was smooth, very pale. Uh again, as you can see. Uh their facial features were basically human. Uh the mouth was described as very small

12:26a kind of a lipless hole. I don't know if that really comes through here, but Uh and he heard sounds passing between them, but their mouth movements did not seem related to those sounds. He couldn't tell. And he said they seemed amused. He actually said he thought they were making fun of him. Uh but they didn't seem hostile, so that was the good part of that. Uh so after short time, they enter the object, the craft through some sliding opening uh and it very quickly leaves. It goes west and he hears a whistling sound. Uh he was unable to move, he said, for some time after it had gone. He then was later able to move and then he experienced extreme fatigue. Uh his sleep was all

13:13messed up. Uh he slept for like extended periods. Uh his mood was affected, he said. Uh investigators examined the site. They there was apparently a central hole and very hardened soil. By the way, Mass uh was very well known in his community. He had fought in the Resistance during World War II. He was highly respected. People knew him, they liked him. He did not want attention from the media about this. He had just told a a couple of people and they're like, "You've got to You've got to tell the world about this." He wasn't really interested in the publicity from what I understand. So, he's another one like people have looked into his story and I have never heard anything against this man. So, I'm kind of interested in a lot of

13:58things about it for our purposes here. I'm interested in the lavender. You see the same motif beings focused on, you know, soil or stones or plants or whatever. Or animals or some object on the ground. Um and again, you compare these encounters. So, at Valensole, they they acted before Mass could interfere. They They paralyzed him. At Cussac, Francois, the boy called out and the figures immediately left. Um the the responses seem proportionate to the situation. Same with the Socorro, New Mexico. Uh the witnesses were basically either controlled or um made irrelevant just enough so that the beings could leave. No conversation.

14:43It's It's just ground level activity, reaction to discovery, management of the witness. Get into the craft and get and get out. But the beings look different here, right? Valensole gives us pale skin, huge heads, and something that looks like human facial anatomy. Cussac doesn't give us that. With Socorro, you can't really tell. So, again, I think of the the black appearance at Cussac, uh and I ask myself, were those beings actually truly black? You know, the kids were 40 m away. Black was what they saw. Could have been skin, it could have been close-fitting suit, could have been an effect of the brilliant object that was next to the figures. Right? Like an intense silhouette.

15:29Uh Or they could have been deliberately concealed. Um A black surface wouldn't make good camouflage in daylight, but it can still obscure all the details. Like it could prevent the observer from distinguishing all any kind of detail about what's actually going on there, which these children were not able to do. Uh it's not impossible for me to think that there's a technology that would be able to control light or affect your perception uh that would give it just a simplified dark figure there. That'd be quite useful. I'm just throwing this out as a possibility. I don't really know, but to say that the beings were black, that tells us what the children perceived.
