Al Hixenbaugh reported filming a flying disc with a 16mm camera near a twin-engine DC-3 aircraft. He claimed the disc remained motionless for about ten seconds before moving westward; Robert Steinau and William Davis alleged the photos were a hoax.

Raymond Kent reported a silver, glowing object of indefinite shape moving southward parallel to the coast at a 45-degree angle. According to Kent, the Air Force at Boeing Field dismissed his report as a joke and referred him to the FBI.
