Chapter 1

The biggest in the pod

Off New Zealand's west coast swims a big, dark gray male bottlenose dolphin, the largest in his pod. His name is Dreamer. Now and then he roams the whole Pacific.

Chapter 2

An ambassador with fins

Dreamer is a go-between for dolphins, humans and visitors from the stars. He reaches people mind to mind, in dreams, and face to face in the water.

“You have been apart for a very long time. It is time now to blend.”

Chapter 3

A name that's also a job

Here's a twist. "Dreamer" is also a job title. Any dolphin who chooses to be an ambassador between dolphins and humans is a dreamer. New Zealand is their home base.

“New Zealand be home. Many in Japan, many in your Malibu, many in your Hawaii.”

Chapter 4

We come play

Someone kept calling the dolphins at Malibu, but none showed up. Dreamer's answer was blunt: "You expect!" Expecting them doesn't work. Playing just for the fun of it does.

“You play for play. We feel play. We come play.”

Atlantis

Swapping bodies in Atlantis

Back in Atlantean times, humans and dolphins shared the same dreams. They swapped body forms and were born as each other, many times over.

“Not so much now. Happening rare, can happen more, time to come.”

Chapter 6

We come to you

Dolphins reach us most easily in dreams, when our guard is down. When a dolphin dies, it may leap back into life, or stay to play in our dream waters.
