Black Triangle With Green and Red Lights Over North Ridgeville

Incident Description On June 8, 2026, at 12:07 p.m., three residents of the North Ridgeville area in Ohio reported seeing a UFO in the sky. They described a black isosceles triangle lit by two colors of light, one green and one red. The witnesses said they viewed it at an angle of about 45 degrees above the ground. The object moved slowly and smoothly, without any noticeable sound.

Local Context North Ridgeville is a suburb of Columbus, with open views of fields and farmland. The weather that day was clear, with cloudless skies, allowing for a clear view of objects high above. Local records show no military activity or aircraft exercises at the time, leading the witnesses to describe the event as unexplained.

Why Is This Interesting? The report includes several features associated with previous “triangle” sightings: three-dimensional objects with three edges, sometimes described as “air traffic control” or “experimental aircraft.” The green and red lights, along with the smooth movement, add to the mystery of the event, since they do not match the usual appearance of commercial or private aircraft. At the same time, there is no visual evidence of an engine, beams, or other features associated with known aircraft.

Summary This is an unverified eyewitness report based on the accounts of three witnesses. They described a black triangular object with colored lights that moved slowly and smoothly for about 20 seconds. Although the report provides no precise data on altitude or speed, it adds to the record of unexplained sightings in North America and invites further investigation and discussion among the urban research community.
