The story
No tribe went to sea
Chapter 1
No tribe went to sea
Bigfoot comes from early humans that the visitors' gene changes skipped. So did another group head into the ocean and grow tails? "Not in the way that you mean it."
Chapter 2
A short experiment in Atlantis
In Atlantean times, gene experiments made a few beings that were part human, part animal. Only a handful ever lived, and not for long. Some swam straight into legend.
Chapter 3
The sea next door
In a reality right next to ours, merpeople are everywhere. There, they're as solid as you are. They just don't live in our world.
Chapter 4
Doors that open and close
Earth is wrapped in shifting energy fields. Now and then a doorway opens between two realities. People have slipped out of our world this way. Merpeople have slipped in.
Chapter 5
A sea made of energy
Some Sirians live in a sea of pure energy. When their mind-to-mind messages reached ancient people, water was the only picture that fit. So, a fish tail.
