The story
Only thirteen
Chapter 1
Only thirteen
Other humans have been aboard ET ships for short visits. Only 13 actually live up there, for long stretches of their lives.
Chapter 2
Earth's seat at the table
The 13 act as Earth's council of ambassadors. Star peoples like the Essassani help balance Earth's energy, but that needs a human side too. The 13 are that side.
Chapter 3
Human translators
Energy from the visitors flows through the 13. On the way, it's translated into Earth's own frequencies. Think of a song moved into a key we can sing.
Chapter 4
Thirteen crystal skulls
Their energy is symbolically linked to the 13 crystal skulls on our planet. The genuine ancient skulls are translators too. They bring energy from other worlds down into ours.
