What we know about them

The Neutrals

For 15 years they sat out contact with Earth. Then they agreed to one conversation.

They belong to the Association of Worlds, a friendly club of planets, but stay neutral about contact with Earth.

For about 15 years they kept out of it, sure contact wouldn't change much "due to the nature of humanity".

When the Association asked them to think again, they agreed to send Earth one message.

Their messenger appears 6 to 8 feet tall, but that's not their true shape.

They won't take any other name. "The Neutrals" is it.

They say joining the Association isn't a mission. It's simply about energies that match.
