The story
The capital by Mintaka

Millions of years ago
The capital by Mintaka
Hoova circles Mintaka, in Orion's Belt. It was the seat of Orion's very harsh government. Its name stood for the planet, its language and its whole system of control.
Chapter 2
"Kuva is home"
People there said "Kuva manma", which means "Kuva is home". They said it with pride. It was also a reminder of who was in charge.
Chapter 3
Nobody believed in "together"
A few ruled, and everyone else worked for their pleasure. No one believed teamwork could change anything. Speaking outside the official line was strictly forbidden.
175,000 years ago
A letter to old friends
A kind of priest named Nehaman sent a message to old friends who had left Orion. Sending it could cost him his life. He sent it anyway, out of love.
“May my small part reach you across the ages.”
Chapter 5
The one who stayed
Nehaman didn't leave. He stayed as an anchor, so someone at home could receive what the travelers learned. Today he's been born there again, into a world with light.
About 6,000 years ago
Huvah, a stream of souls
Their word Huvah names an ancient stream of souls. On Earth it grew into Middle Eastern peoples, Hebrews and Arabs among them. Peoples moved and mixed, for more balance.
